<responsibilities><![CDATA[We aren’t offering a base salary; we are asking you to take a potentially rewarding risk that is based on your own input.  We have no real demands, we don’t even mind if you are working at the moment and want this as a side gig until you make your mark with us and build your ongoing rewarding remuneration structure.

Now, what is this lucrative remuneration structure you ask?  Simply put, its commission based on client payment for the life of the service agreement.  Furthermore, the renewal of the service agreement is entirely in your hands which means that the commission continues trailing for as long as you renew agreements.

To break this down for you, the reward is based on one dollar x the number of employees for each pay period in the service agreement.  For example, if the service agreement provides for 100 employees who are paid on a fortnightly basis for a period of 3 years, you would receive $100 per fortnight for 3 years.  Imagine if you closed 10 sales of the same nature, that would equate to $1,000 per fortnight for 3 years.  Imagine it was 10 sales of 300 employees paid on a weekly basis for 3 years, that would equate to $3,000 per week for 3 years.  And so on, I think you get the gist of it now.  Do you see the potential?   

We anticipate that initial service agreements will be for a minimum period of 12 months or depending on your skill, up to 3 years.  The length of the agreement would be entirely in your hands.

As we are a new business our current services are payroll however we plan to venture into outsourced human resources services once the payroll side of our business is well established.  We hope that the successful person will have input into the growth of these new services after a successful period selling our payroll services.

Equipment and Training Provided

Included (as listed above) is basically everything you need to operate a business in whatever mode you wish.  To help get you started, we are happy to provide some basic training, based on our many years of business management experience, as well as several years of experience operating highly successful market stalls. 

Also included is all relevant information regarding the continued supply of stock.  Yes, we will be providing comprehensive information, including a list of suppliers (wholesalers) who you can purchase through if you wish.  Of course, this isn’t a $5 list off ebay, direct from the yellow pages.  These are real leads for real wholesale suppliers located in Australia.  Yes, you can find these in the phonebook, but you will have to go through many different businesses to find reliable suppliers like these, who are not simply out to take you for a ride. 

All suppliers on our books are reliable, and supply quality goods, who are able to deliver nation-wide (usually to your door), regardless of where you are (eg – we are located in Stanthorpe, QLD, and they always deliver to us without any problems.    The included suppliers are able to provide far greater range than just the items such as clothes that we generally stocked – everything from pools and pool toys, Wooden  and Plastic Thomas tank engine, Avent equipment, SONY digital cameras, computer equipment & parts, software, Lego, HASBRO, Matell, baby carriers, Infant Modern Cloth Nappies and much more.  So no matter what you want to sell, you will most likely find one of them sells them.  We also will include details of a wholesale supplier of gift cards, birthday cards, etc., and giftware, so you can offer a free gift-wrapping service, with quality cards, without paying full newsagent prices!

 Remember these are not some guy off ebay’s fake website, all are legitimate Australian businesses contactable by phone, email, etc.

To give an idea of the successfulness of the business, we used to operate a market stall at Maroochydore (sunshine coast) and Kilcoy (near Caboolture) every second weekend.  This highly successful stall would often take in excess of $1500 per day, with repeat customers often seeking us out to check out our new stock!  With provision of a flyer to each bag holding purchased items, we drew many of these customers to the website to purchase as well.  Customers were able to purchase from our website, and pick up their purchase from the markets.  Obviously, however, any stall is only as good as the operator, so we cannot guarantee that you would make this kind of money straight out!  Obviously, whilst everything is in good working order ( except stock, which is obviously new), due to it's nature, and the fact that we cannot control how you use or operate it, everything is sold in "as is" condition.

We recommend pick-up, or Delivery.  This item is located in STANTHORPE, QLD.  Postage is not recommended, although we are happy to send it via a courier at your expense.
